Ciao colleghi,
il 25 febbraio si è riunito, credo per la seconda volta da sempre, il Senato degli studenti di Como, ovvero un'organo che riunisce i rappresentanti degli studenti della sede comasca dell'Insubria.
C'è la possibilità che quest'organo nato dalla volontà representatives provided for in the new statute of the university, but we'll see when there will be a new statute , which is currently the heart of the matter.
In fact, every reform, universities need to rewrite their statutes adjusting to the new law. For this purpose, a committee composed of representatives of statuary review of all segments: full professors, associate university researchers, administrative staff and students (one from Como to Varese and one chosen from among the representatives of the Academic Senate and the Board). The representative of Students Como is home to Frederick Gilardoni (Law), the representative in the Academic Senate, who rightly want to try and make proposals that are maximally shared by all students of Como, and also by the Faculty of Sciences.
Is there any problem on the final composition of the student senate, as for courses that do not have representatives on their boards of education coordination (or where they can not be borne by the undertaking) the representatives of the Faculty a part of those courses may proceed to appoint a student member of the Senate of that course.
Although the Senate is composed of the representatives, the university remains of all its students, so anyone can bring proposals for the continuation of the status and present it through its representatives or in person.
